OUR PROCESS

STEP 1 Reverse Engineering & Ideation

The process begins with gathering data from the original  factory vehicle using a 3D scanner. This critical first step ensures we capture precise and accurate data for every part of the vehicle, which is then used by our designers during the 3D modeling phase. During the reverse  engineering stage, our team will generate multiple ideations and 2D concepts, utilizing sketches or advanced digital design

tools to explore design possibilities.

STEP 2 Design

Once a concept is selected, we move into the design and modeling phase. Our designers will create a 3D surface model using the

scanned data from the original vehicle and generate realistic 3D renderings to visualize the design. This stage also includes refining key design iterations, enabling us to make informed decisions and minimize time and costs during the prototyping phase.

STEP 3 Prototype Fitment & Manufacturing

With the finalized 3D model, we create a physical prototype using either 3D printing or CNC  machining. The prototype is then tested for
fitment with the factory vehicle. If adjustments are needed, we refine the design before moving to the molding stage. Once the design is finalized, a mold is created, and a pre-production unit is manufactured and installed for further quality and fitment testing. After passing rigorous quality control, we proceed with mass production.
